Ritual Directions:

1. Add 2–3 tablespoons of herbs to a bowl or Yoni seat of hot water.
2. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.
3. Sit comfortably over the steam, using a towel or blanket to trap the warmth.
4. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Visualize rose-gold light cleansing and empowering your womb.
5. Repeat: “I honour my power, my pleasure, and my divine body.”
6. Steam for 15–20 minutes or until the water cools.
