Ritual Directions:

*** This is a SENSITIVE AREA please make sure your  steam isn’t overly hot to avoid any burning to your beautiful face ****

1. Add 1–2 tablespoons of your herbal blend to a bowl of hot water.
2. Drape a towel over your head to create a gentle steam tent.
3. Breathe deeply, allowing warmth and scent to open your pores and your heart.
4. Visualize golden-pink light enveloping your face and aura.
5. Repeat: “I am radiant, worthy, and loved by myself first.”
6. Steam for 5–10 minutes, then pat dry and follow with your favourite serum,  facial oil or my suggestion of a rose water spritz.
